Green Smoothie Snack

We all know that smoothies have been very popular over the past few years and that we all love to experiment with new flavors when it comes to making them. In this post I’ll be sharing with you one of my favorite smoothies that I usually have as snack when hungry. If you like thick smoothies, you’ll love this one!

So, my 2 favorite ingredients for a smoothie are bananas and peanut butter. I add these to almost every smoothie I make because I love the taste of banana mixed with peanut butter and I love that it helps me with feeling ‘full’ longer. You can also mix them with both, fruits and vegetables depending on what you like the most.

For this smoothie you will be needing:

  • 0,5 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 100ml of any milk
  • Spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon and some chia seeds as topping

Mix it all together and there you go, you’ve made yourself an absolutely delicious snack! Not to forget about the fact that adding spinach to your smoothie gives you an extra boost of vitamin K, vitamin A and vitamin C!
