My Go-To home workouts!


Todayyyy, I’ll be sharing with you guys my favorite at home workouts that I’ve been following during quarantine! I know that many of you lack some workout inspiration at the moment so I thought it would be nice to share some channels with you that I follow and show you guys some workouts that are actually doable for everyone!


SELF This is my go to HIIT workout that I usually do 2-3 times a week, it’s a +- 20 minute full body workout that’s definitely worth trying! This workout is all about getting your heart rate up and breaking a sweat so if you’re looking for a workout that’s short and powerful, this is the one for you!

I LOVE YOGAAAA! I believe that everyone should try Yoga at some point in their life, it’s just SO relaxing and a lot harder than you think at the same time! I usually do a +- 40 minute Yoga session a few days a week just to stretch my muscles and keep my body moving. My main go to channel for Yoga is Yoga With Adriene. I really love many of her video’s since she really takes her time to explain every move and gives you different options depending on how flexible or comfortable you are. Oh and not to forget about Benji, the yoga dog that often accompanies her in her video’s. Trust me it’s worth the click! yoga


For body weight workouts and also gym workouts my main go to fitness guru is Hanna Öberg! God I just LOVE this woman. If you’re looking for a very down to earth girl to follow around and get inspiration from weather it’s on workouts or healthy eating, you’ll love her too!

And for everyone who just likes to incorporate a dance routine into their workout, I highly recommend checking out FITSEVENELEVEN channel! Trust me, you’ll sweat, a lot!
